VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CLINIC CLOSURE DUE TO COVID-19
Due to the current situation of New Zealand being at alert level 3 (soon to be level 4) we have had to make the difficult decision to minimise our appointments to essential ones only to help keep both our staff and the community safe. Tomorrow (Tuesday 24th March) we will have our doors open for people needing to collect medications or food, or for any urgent appointments.
If you have any non-essential appointments or surgeries booked in, we will contact you as soon as we can to rebook for next month. If you haven’t heard from us please assume your booking still stands.
From Wednesday the 25th March, we will only be available for essential or urgent appointments; food and medication can still be picked up on a by-appointment basis. You will still be able to phone through to make essential bookings or to order food and medication.
Emergencies or urgent appointments (or anything that can’t wait for four weeks):
Please phone the clinic as per normal and a nurse or vet will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and get you booked in at an appropriate time.
Our after-hours service for our clients will still operate as normal.
